Dropped without notice and have no meds that I need now
Dr. Kahn was treating my brother. I called the office and the phone was disconnected. Call Hillcrest Hospital and they had no information on the closing of his office. He closed the office down with no notice. Don't know how to get medical records for new doctor to review. Leaving mentally ill patients hanging is just horrible.
He saved my life
Very nice doctor! My daughter really likes him and he seems to care about his patients. Listens to parent without seeming dismissive.
The office is actually located on 5th Ave S and not the Health Department. The wait time has never been less than 50 minutes, but it is normally over an hour because they schedule 3-4 patients at the same time in case someone doesn't show up. Add to that, the time each patient takes in the office seeing Dr. Kahn, and you will wait over an hour each time. Dr. Kahn is the only doctor, of three, that my son seems to contact to, so I tolerate the long wait times.
My sin started seeing Dr.Khan at around 6 or 7 years old. It was his staff at hillcrest that has helped me get him whete he is today at 19 years old. Dr. Khan has ALWAYS listened to me as the parent. I love the fact he's not one if those that just push medication down the child's throat either. Thank you Dr. Khan for always being there for us and helping John and Eric. We love you! He is the most caring Dr. ever. The staff is extra nice, also.
The wait can be bad at times, but Dr. Khan is an amazing Dr and the only one I have found that has truly helped my children. And we have seen quite a few Dr's over the past six or more years. He truly cares about his patients and takes his time with them so the wait is worth it in my opinion.
