Dr. Tuwiner is without question the most thorough, thoughtful, compassionate professional in medicine. His diagnosis was spot on, the comprehensiveness of his assessment of the issue was mind-boggling, and his knowledge of neurology was accessible to me because he was patient and explicit in his explanations and his answers to my sister’s and my many questions. I am excited to begin to put into practice rhe recovery regimen he has prescribed, Sandy in the front office is an absolute saint!
I started seeing Dr. Tuwiner for my migraines. He immediately ordered tests my other neurologists hadn't. Because of one of these tests another issue was uncovered. He referred me to another Dr. and when I went to check out Sandy (front desk) had already made an appt for me with the new Dr. She is extremely efficient! I never feel rushed during an appt and I have plenty of time to ask questions. We are working on a new treatment plan for my migraines.
Dr. Tuwiner was helpful & kind, very personable! I worked mostly with Sandy after my appt when it came to getting my prescription, she fought my insurance company all week long (literally, i can't imagine how many calls she made!) to ensure that I got the correct meds that Dr. Tuwiner knew I needed. She was SO patient, and ultimately achieved what we needed. I'm so thankful that she was willing to take the time and energy to fight for me! Their efforts are now saving me $100/month! SO thankful!
I am a current patient of Dr. Tuwiner. Upon my initial visit to the office, his Office Manager, Ms. Sandra Oswald, made me feel at ease. What impressed me most was Ms. Oswald's understanding of what was really most important to me, which is my health. She handled all administrative matters from start to finish without placing any burden on me. Ms. Oswald is a gem for sure! Dr. Tuwiner is currently diagnosing my condition and is a very thorough physician. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Tuwiner is caring for my husband who may have had a stroke. His care is continuing and I would like to mention that Dr Tuwiner cares and has provided the very best in attention to our problem and has been very tentative with with his diagnosis and care. Based on the care given to my husband to date, I would recommend him to all future patients with trust and confidence.
Outstanding Doctor. I doctor you can count on, trust and appreciate. I have four doctors managing my care following Trauma I experienced in2016. Dr. Tuwiner hits the top of the list for care of his patients needs. I would recommend Dr Tuwiner with GOLD Stars and is a solid 10 for care, trust, confidence and a family man who provides the extra step of care and patience for your care. I've seen him for various procedures and I continue to use him for my care.
Dr. did a great job! I was treated for GBS and he was very thorough, caring and understanding. I was able to make a quick recovery due to his actions. Much appreciated.
