I have been a patient of Dr Gendler for some time now. I moved upstate saw new gastrointestinal and ALWAYS seem to go back to Dr Gendler. He is the best and diagnosed My Crohn’s very quickly where others could not! Simply the best! Jackie is awesome and very helpful and his nurses are awesome-have never had a bad experience with him or his staff.
Has to be the finest gastroenterologist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and seeing. Not only brilliant but a true caring gentleman literally trust with my life! His staff are unbelievably helpful. Jackie is a consummate professional.
Terrible office staff, hard to reach on phone, scheduling difficult. Office miscoded initial procedure, requiring follow up calls. Procedure was delayed at WP Hospital unnecessarily.
Excellent care and easy to talk too.
