Not too happy with the customer service I've been getting after my appointment. I've reached out a couple of times and no one ever responded back until today. It's been a little over two weeks now a d I haven't received my prior authorization fomr back yet. They also act as though I hadn't sent a message through the portal. Instead of apologizing they were trying to act as though it's my pharmacy fault. I've never had any problems with my pharmacy, so obviously they weren't being honest.
