의사 선생님이 별로 말씀은 없지만, 제 피검사 결과가 안 좋았을때 바로 연락해 주시고, 다시 좋아졌을때 함께 기뻐해 주셨어요. 아플때 바로 예약 잡을수 있어서 감사합니다.

To start, it was easy to make an appointment. I got there 10 min before my appointment and I was called right on time. Waiting room was not too busy and quite. Nurse and doctor took time to answer my question. It was very easy in and out without taking too much of my time.
우리가 아프지 않더라도 정기적으로 의사를 방문하는 것은 질병으로 인한 고통과 위험을 줄이고, 또 다른 질병을 미리 예방하기 위한 중요한 일이라고 생각합니다. 그런 의미에서 저는 이번에도 혈액검사를 포함한 정기 진료를 받았습니다. 그러나 의사와의 진료 시간은 10분이 채 되지 않았고, 검사 결과에 대한 설명도 거의 없었습니다. 상담이나 건강에 대한 대화도 부족했습니다. 지난 9월 방문 때 받은 혈액검사 결과에는 빨간 글씨로 표시된 항목이 두 개 있었지만, 그 의미에 대한 설명이 없어 제가 직접 찾아보아야 했습니다. 혈액검사에서 개선점이 있었는데도, 그 결과를 알려주고 상담해 주는 것은 의사의 기본적인 역할이라고 생각합니다. 병원은 깔끔하고 쾌적했지만, 진료 과정에서 환자에게 좀 더 성의 있고 충분한 설명이 필요하다고 느꼈습니다.
