Very pleasant staff. The staff also are personable, knowledgeable and helpful with paperwork and care questions. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and explains the process explicitly. I am very confident of his skills.
Dr. Smith was very personable :-) , and knowledgable. If I continue to have issues with my foot I will definitely go back to see Dr. Smith.
I came to see Dr. Smith for a second opinion and I’m glad I did! Dr. Smith listens, gives options, and doesn’t push surgery. After taking and viewing x-rays, he consults, advises, and allows you to choose your course of action.All the team at Dr Smiths office were very attentive, and i received a follow-up call later that afternoon from Mary to schedule next appt. It’s a well oiled machine.
First of all I was greeted when I walked in and check in was only a minute or two then wait time until they call me to a room was less than seven or eight minutes. Dr. Smith was friendly at tentative. I knew how to treat my visit correctly and with care.
Dr Smith was very polite respectful and professional he took care of my problems with care. This was my first visit and I was very comfortable talking to him he recommended a shoe store and a small yoga toe separator. I'll make another appointment if this approach doesn't work. These guys are smart, funny, compassionate, and highly professional. I wouldn’t set foot anywhere else.
Don’t appreciate being talked at, instead of talked with. Health care has to involve a partnership with the patient. If you want a doctor that listens, don’t go to Dr Smith.
