My issue was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
He was very informative, patient, listened to and answered all of my questions. The appointment was handled efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend!
This was my first visit with Dr. Smith but not my first time at MSJ, i.e., Monterey Spine and Joint. Dr. Smith seemed genuine in wanting to do the best for my injury and I would recommend him. At MSJ however, I always have to wait at least 45 minutes past my appointment time, as I did today. I saw another doctor there 2 weeks ago for an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and waited an hour past my appointment time.
Scott did a great job quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem we were there for. He worked skillfully and quickly. He was joking around with us most of the time, which put us at ease and made the visit more fun. His assistants were great too.
