Dr Smith was punctual and very pleasant. He listened to my concerns and addressed them, and provided a solution. He’s a terrific doctor.!
Dr is always running behind. Every visit takes at leadt 2 hours. Front desk rude. I feel worse now than before surgery. I am looking for a new Dr to get an opinion of why I gave more pain now. I drove 1.5 hours to appt only to wait 30 minutes and then told Dr. was 45 min behind. I wax nit even seen and charged for a post op appt.
I’ve seen Dr. Smith for a couple different issues. He has been great!
Dr. Smith is very personable. He listens to what’s going on and makes assessments accordingly. He has been very helpful with a chronic long term issue in my ankle. I can see the end in site.
I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as requested and was immediatley told that the doctor was running 30 minutes late - I appreciate the up front notification of the delay. I was then asked to reschedule my appointment, that what is thought was said, and then soonest they could see me was in 1 month.
