The long wait was worth it!
Went to 2 podiatrists Dr Smith nailed what he felt was wrong after 1 year of plantar swelling making it hard to do my long distance hiking & trail running. I felt so relieved just talking to him as I feared this could be chronic with no solution. He put me at ease & I feel just happy that I will be able to get back on trails again.
The wait time was ridiculous. They tell me to be there 15 minutes early even early even though I have filled out all the forms online. My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived at 9:45. I didn’t get called until 10:50. I waited in the exam room another 10 minutes before Dr. Smith came in. This happens s every time I go to this office. If I was 15 minutes late late to my appointment I would be charged for it and then I would probably have to reschedule. This is unacceptable!!
This was my first time seeing Dr. Smith. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We discussed options and decided on a plan of care. He and his staff were very nice and I look forward to seeing him again.
Dr. Smith is the best in the business. Truly excellent podiatrist.

Dr. Smith has made, what could be a difficult and stressful experience, a relatively easy and painless one. He’s very good at explaining what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. Dr. Smith is very positive and informative. He also repeats himself to make sure that you understand what he is saying. It’s easy to get bombarded with a lot of information and forget some things, which is why I really appreciate the repetition.I would recommend Dr. Smith and Melanie to anyone.
