Excellent physician and PAs. Very knowledgeable. They work with you, and take time to answer all you questions.
He really seems to care about the well-being of his patients. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for years after a car accident. I’ve been seeing him periodically ever since. Not once has he ever made me feel like a burden or a nuisance. He wants to help in any way he can and I can’t overstate how much this means to a patient.
Dr. Horn is very professional and kind.
Dr. Horn as always a great listener and very thorough . He was able to relieve my discomfort and gave advise to avoid further problems. The staff is kind and helpful everyone had a smile.

I was in excruciating pain and was schedule to have a procedure with my current physician. Twelve hours prior to my procedure I was notified that he was no longer accepting my insurance. In a panic, I reached out to Dr. Horn’s office. His nurse Ashley contacted me same day and I was worked in for a consult 48 hours later. My procedure was schedule for 4 days after that. Since I am a transplant from Pittsburgh, PA (which supposedly has some of the best healthcare) to the Outer Banks. I Was directed to Jordan Young for my chronic back pain that had severely increased by the excellent reviews and recommendations from people on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and that it would be worth my while to travel to Norfolk to be seen.
