Since I am a transplant from Pittsburgh, PA (which supposedly has some of the best healthcare) to the Outer Banks. I Was directed to Jordan Young for my chronic back pain that had severely increased by the excellent reviews and recommendations from people on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and that it would be worth my while to travel to Norfolk to be seen. Dr Horn is a wonderful doctor who is very knowledgeable in his field. He is comptionate and listens. He knows manual medicine techniques and is also well experienced with several kinds of reconstructive injections such as prolotherapy and PRP. I have been seeing him for 8 years and he has truely kept me walking. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Horn is very professional and has great bedside manners. I was very happy and pleased to receive treatment of my back. I do recommend him for any type of pain management you may need.
