Dr. Horn explained everything that he was doing as he proceeded with the injection. He also offered me a choice of service for my next visit. I was totally satisfied!

Explained everything that was going to happen. Seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient. Was very efficient. Back pain was minimal by the day after.
Staff is very professional and they listened and pay attention to my problem including the Doctor.
Dr. Horn was a wonderful provider - he explained everything carefully and fully, explored all possible options, and made a reasoned and thoughtful recommendation for treatment. I cannot say enough good things about my appointment with him.
Dr Horn was very pleasant and attentive and listened to my concerns addressing any questions I may have had. I presented with excruciating pain in my neck. Had prior surgery and I’m aware arthritis has taken over. Dr Horn and I discussed all prior treatments what worked and what didn’t. I’m awaiting treatment and he has given me hope that just maybe this will address the issue, but should it not we have some other avenues available. This is the second time I have been to Dr Horn… he and his staff are wonderful.. he without a doubt is the best I have had when it comes to injections
