I saw Dr. Horn regarding tennis elbow. He inquired about my elbow history, examined the elbow, confirmed that it was lateral epicondylitis, and suggested treatment options. We agreed to a cortisone shot, guided by ultrasound, and within 48 hours there was significant reduction of pain. If any follow-up is needed I will certainly trust Dr. Horn with my care.
Dr. Horn has excellent bedside manor. He listened to me and I never felt rushed to explain myself. I highly recommend him.
Always kind and considerate. He genuinely cares and listens
Dr Horn has helped me for many years & remembers me & what I have been through. He has always been supportive & it is such a relief to have a provider who does not make me “start over” every time & who is willing to keep helping me find the best quality of life I can with pain. My last visit brought significant relief. He pays attention.
Dr. Horn is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he great bedside manners. I felt very comfortable discussing my health concerns with him.
Dr. Horn was extremely compassionate and took the time to listen. It was the first time I didn’t feel so isolated from my condition. I am already feeling relief from the steroid injection and it’s only day two. I can’t wait to get my life back. Thank you!!!
Extremely profession and comfortable environment that Dr. Horn and staff presented. I thought I was doomed with my pain; however after the second shot I am a 2 on the pain scale. I was 10plus before. Highly recommend.
I saw Dr, Horn for knee problems on the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon. After 5 min of questioning me and m0ving my legs Dr Horn determined i had a hip problem. I scheduled a second appointment for a hip injection of cortisone but decided not to have it following the result of the hip X-Ray recommeded by Dr, Horn. My decision was totally accepted by the Dr. Horn and his staff. On the same day they sent a report to the orthopedci surgeon of my choice. Hip replament surgery done.
Went in to see Dr. Horn because I could not live with the pain I have in my back and numb upper thigh any longer, he gave me an injection in my groin to the affected nerve, and somehow, it has caused me more Permanent Pain & Damage that now have to deal with. I called to speak with Dr. Horn, ask questions about why this could be, & all his Nurse Assistant would tell me was, I have to pay to come back in to see him again, they still just want me to pay the bill. They did not care I was in tears.
