Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! No, they were very calm and understanding Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
