They provided excellent service. My eyes are pretty bad so I need a few different glasses for specific circumstances. Dr. Cranford understood my needs and gave me exactly what I needed. I wanted glass lenses and it seems places no longer offer them even though they give the best vision and last far longer. I would assume it is there durability that is taking them out of the marketplace. Dr. Cranford understood that also...
Service was fine, but billing is questionable. I was misled on the cost of second pair of glasses—almost tripled in cost. When I obtained a copy of bill, discrepancies existed between what they reported to insurance and what they charged on my credit card. Office could not explain discrepancy. Seems someone is overcharging customer and/ or insurance company. I won’t be going back as they lost my trust.

This was my first time to go to Dr. Cranford, I was very impressed with him he does a very througher exam. If need be I would go back to him.
