I have never met Dr Hallberg, but have watched several of her videos. I especially love the one about disobeying all the rules with diabetes!!
I was recommended to her video by My primary care today. As a family we are changing our life style. This was excellent!
I went from having a blood sugar number of 393 and an A1C of 12.7 to 80's - 90's on my blood sugar and my last A1C was a 4.9 ! I was able to get off my blood pressure and cholesterol meds too! I did this before I saw Dr. Hallberg's TED Talk, but she is spot on about how to turn diabetes around!
I am inspired by her talk. I am starting this diet and see where it takes.
