WOW! I just watched Dr. Hallberg's Ted Talk. SHE IS AMAZING. Everything she knows and shares about reversing Type II Diabetes is life changing....and can, will and does put all those fear-mongering metabollic docs in their place. Her simple plan and proof is to cut out carbs (completely, if you can, and want a dramatic result) and add lots of good fats to your diet.
