I watched Dr Hallburg's TED presentation. I immediately followed her recommendations. By drastically cutting the carbs, in a week's time, using my glucose monitor, my reading went from a fasting 140 average to below 100 average fasting. Even after meals, it stayed in this range. My family doctor agreed that diet was the answer. Thanks Dr Hallburg.
