New patient, came late, and uninsured, they didn’t make us grovel. Seen in 5 minutes. We (my 15 year old son and I ) were very comfortable from the moment we met Dr. Reddy. We talked a few minutes. She did an exam. Talked about the problem and did a more thorough exam. Possible diagnosis and referral lifted our spirits. She paused to let us catch our breath. We went to see Dr. Reddy once. They made us wait an hour, in an exam room with a toddler. Doctor then didn't spend more than 5 min with us. Referrals are hard to get, doctor is never available staff is not following up. I had to go and stand by their front desk to get referrals. Not the doctor or the office I would recommend.
We moved to Vegas we heard about multiple people that St Rose Pediatrics is the place to go. Well I decided to accept the front desk girl suggestion of Dr. Reddy. After waiting for almost an hour, Dr. Reddy barely spent 3 min with my child. We were used to have a Dr that connects with her patients and actually sit dow.She didn't ask any question about her development, sleeping, dentist, any question commonly asked in well visits. My 3 yo came out saying she enjoyed more the nurse than the dr.
