This was a routine visit for me, but he is so kind and gentle that I never have any anxiety going to see him and I am one who has anxiety going to see just about any doctor!

I got only 10 minutes from Dr Samson Lee for a surgery consult. He didn't ask me why I was there or what my symptoms were and then recommended somewhat complex surgery. I called his office at least 3 times with over 30 minutes wait time for each call. The office staff were short, impatient, unhelpful and close to rude on the phone. I answered an online survey about their practice and requested a call back regarding my concerns. After weeks passing, no one has contacted me about the survey. This office is very poorly managed!
Dr. Lee listened carefully and completely understood my concerns. He presented treatment options and explained them thoroughly.
