I was referred to Dr. Lee by my dermatologist to have a few moles removed from my face. I have no reason to question his competence, but Dr. Lee’s bedside manner was the worst I have ever experienced. No patient deserves to treated badly. I was polite, cooperative, and barely made any request of him except to ask a few simple questions that he answered very impatiently. Dr. Lee was my surgeon last week for a deviated septum. Dr. Lee was clear, concise, warm, and careful in all of his explanations of the surgery prior to the procedure. Since the surgery, I have had no pain, no bruising, and no discomfort. Overall the recovery has been a breeze, far better than I had anticipated. Now I can finally breath 100% through my nose. Thank you Dr. Lee!
Dr. Lee could have been a great doctor previously, but these reviews don't seem reflective of him currently. My experience with him has been abrupt and dismissive, he's seen me for less than 10 minutes twice (both times I felt rushed out), missed a follow-up appointment and left me a voicemail with a misunderstanding of the primary issue. I tried to give him a chance because of all the great reviews, but at this point I don't even feel comfortable having another appointment or a surgery with this doctor. The entire staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help everyone they greet.
After consulting with two doctors in Oregon decided to meet with Dr. Samson Lee who came recommended by a friend. He answered all my questions regarding my deviated septum surgery, was friendly and professional. Everyone was nice and efficient during my visit. It was worth the drive up to WA. I cannot wait for surgery so I can breathe better and appearance will be improved.
Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I feel very confident in putting my trust in him for all future procedures.
