The staffs were friendly and professional. Cared for my feelings and answered my concerns.
There were very long wait times.
Excellent knowledge and ability to communicate
As I have said in prior surveys about Dr. Mosaed and her staff, they are great! In fact, I moved to Oceanside (50ish miles south of GHEI) almost 2 years ago, and the care I receive is so excellent that I am willing to make the looooong drive just to stay with Dr. Mosaed! Keep up the great work!! And I have recommended Dr. Mosaed to my former co-workers with great enthusiasm.
Great service. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
I only wish while there we had discussed scenarios likely to be near future options or situations that could present themselves before returning to my usual opthalmologist.

The physicians are the best, cleaning their hands all the time. Unfortunately, the staff , eye techs, leave the computers on. We could read their names of patients on the computer. There is also food amd drink in the halls and at the computers. Please remind the staff, grey and blue scrubs to not leave computers unattended. Thank you.
Everyone was completely and totally professional. It was actually a fabulous experience to the extent that you can have a fabulous experience going to the doctor. It was... it was excellent and I can't think of anything anybody could do better that was under their control. So out of a scale of 1 to 10, they get an 11. So perfect, excellent, and can't do it better.
