It was excellent
My experince has been very well.
Came to the office to have an EMG/ all my questions were answered. The room where i was in was really clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this doctor and plus he speaks Spanish.
I was very satified with the services rendered today. He took the time to explain all my findings.
The office was FILTHY. I was horrified. I felt like I was in a third world country. I was scared to sit in the chair. I photographed the examination room and showed several people who said I should report them. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 2:00 appointment, was taken to the examination room at 3:00 and waited there for almost two hours before the Doctor came in. The whole time that he was examining me, his nurses kept interrupting to ask him questions and ask him to sign things.
It was a nightmare from start to finish. What should have taken 1.5 hours took 4 hours. I was a bloody, bruised mess. Instead of telling me to roll to my right or left, he'd just shove and when he jammed the needles into my muscles they left bruises and running blood. He explained his findings to my husband instead of me. The office staff did not fax my insurance company with the braces I needed, or my pharmacy with the scrip, 3 times I called, they said they'd do it, they did not.
I am very happy with the services that have been given to my son the doctor takes his time to answer all my questions and explains everthing i need to khow.
He was very caring and attentive and listened to concerns.
Staff is very friendly. Walked in with a migraine and walking out WITHOUT a migraine. :)
