He knows what he is doing and did a wonderful initial exam! He walked out on us several times. Terrible beside manner. No one answers the phones. When messages are left, no one returns your call. It took me 3 trips to his office just to get them to fax over PA (Physicians Authorization) request to the insurance company for the MRI that was requested by him. I will be seeing another Neurologist!
Excellent Neurologist Listens a lot and is attentive to your needs. He is empathetic and always shows interest in your needs and doubts. very professional.
I have been seeing him for four years now.during this time he has never checked my records to know what medication i have been on, he is very rude , his staff don't seem to know how to use a fax machine because im still waiting a month and two weeks for my medication to be filled...they still havent sent required papers to another specialist i wish to see. Very bad practice don’t keep appointments. I take my day off for my visit and the doctor only take my copay a keep me waiting for and hr. Plus and nothing.
Dr.Murra has helped my polyneuropathy as well as my memory problems. His years of training make him an expert in his line of work.I feel at peace knowing I am under his care. Thank you so much to his caring staff as well

This practice is chaos. The office staff are letting an excellent Doctor down. They are unreliable and undisciplined. Dr Salvadore Murra, your excellent reputation and practice is being undermined by your disorganized clerical staff!
my wife and i have been dr murras patients for over 3 years and we are both very grateful for all his help that he has given us. And we will continue to come see him for as long as we can. He is wonderful and very attentive and nice. He speaks spanish so i am able to speak in spanish to him and express myself in the same language.We highly recommend him
He's a caring doctor. He took his time and he was very patient. He's a doctor that I never met that really cared about me. He wasn't think about the numbers, he just really cared for me. He also performed the test really well. Although the test was painful, he was careful with it. I would recommend him to a family member. God bless him and his family.
