Dr. Murra and his staff are very nice. He took the time to explain everything. He is an excellent doctor.
The most unprofessional team office I've ever seen. First of all, They called me for an appointment on 04/10/19, made schedule for 04/19/19. After two days they called me to change the appointment for 04/12/19. Arriving at the office for the appointment and the team was asking me for ID Card and Insur. card, made copy and then 2 more time were asking for the same docs. Finally patients at reception mentioned that they were waiting for MRI results during 3 wk. No recommended.

Dr. Murra takes extraordinary time to explain the reasons for his diagnostic procedures and then takes extraordinary time to explain the results and the path forward. Provides a personal approach to a complicated area of medicine
Dr,Murra has been treating me for Parkinsons Disease for the past 5 years. I can usually get an appointment in a day or two.He spends as much time with you as needed. He does not talk much unless he is explaining something. His office routine is different from most but it works well for his busy staff.They are all very efficient. If he is running behind you can believe he taking extra time with someone who needs it. He is a great doctor. I highly recommend him.
This office is very unreliable as well as the Dr. My daughter ended up in the hospital due to the fact the office phones are never answered during business hours. They roll over to voicemail to which the staff never returns call. When I asked records be faxed to new neurologist. I kept getting the run around and had to threaten to get my lawyer involved before they faxed the records. Do NOT use this Dr.
The wait time to get into the exam room & even while in there was lengthy, but I was able to get an appointment in a short period of time. Dr. Murra was apologetic for the wait explaining he was overbooked. He asked if I was in a hurry which I was not. I received the testing required for a diagnosis for which I can now receive treatment. I received both an oral & a written explanation of the test results & diagnosis. Office was clean & accomodating. The staff was friendly & courteous.
The most unprofessional group of people in one office I've ever encountered. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion. They are nice and friendly, office is clean and comfortable, the wait time is ridiculous. I don't have words for the experiences with the staff, it's one of those that you just have to experience for yourself to know what I mean! I had full intentions of speaking with Dr. Murra on the matter, but after meeting him and with all due respect, I don't think it would help.
