This doctor spent more time attempting to figure out what is wrong with me. He went over and beyond what all my other doctors would do. Very pro-active in my health care. I would recommend him highly.
Dr. Murra and his team were very professional as well as very friendly. They spent time and care that was necessary for my visit. I greatly appreciated their service.
Professional, always try to fit patients in the same day, explain everything to patients. Even there is a wait it’s worth because it’s the same day appointment. His staffs are doing the best they can to help patients.
Terrible worse doctor ever does not care about his patients does not care about giving follow up appointment even after being informed that it’s urgent .Please don’t waste your time with him he does not care and his staff Is the worse unprofessional.
Great visit, even thought I was only scheduled for a consultation he was able to accommodate my needs by administering an EMG which resulted in the detection of nerve damage all while getting me out the door with plenty of time to make my next appointment. He explained everything both prior to and after the procedure. Both Dr. Murra and the staff were very professional and friendly.
I have never seen such inefficiency and blatant disregard for patients' privacy in my life. If you call and can't reach the person you need, the receptionist refuses to take a message and says you just "have to call back later." Dr. Murra ran at least 2 hours late for all of our appointments, allowed multiple interruptions during the appts from his staff, and had great difficulty remembering anything about us and our issues, even after consulting his notes multiple times. Go somewhere else.
Office staff has no customer service. Any paperwork you need can only be filled out on Wednesday. Twice only part of my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and they wanted me to verify with the pharmacy the next day. Staff interrupted on each visit to get the doctor to sign papers or answer questions. Patient portal does not get answered for two days because song one person can answer the question but you are not informed of this. If you need copies of your medical records it takes 30 days.
Great staff and excellent doctor i will be going back they are very helpful they seen me with no appointment they got me in and got me out on such short notice thank you all very much
