I should have read these reviews before I saw him. He has no bedside manner at all. No compassion was shown although I will not regain reasonable site after three failed operations. I have complex disability issues, caused by a brain injury. He wasn’t interested in discussing how eye surgery may affect my well being going forward. There was little discussion regarding possible negative outcomes. I am very disappointed that a doctor of his calibre has been, and will continue to be, so cold and uncaring!
Tom Zhao is arrogant, rude, cold, and should work with people. I would rate him -1 out of 10
