Dr Tim Yoon I believe is one of a kind. He performed surgery on my back and and I promise after the surgery I never felt the pain in my back again. He’s a doctor with a few words but enough confidence to remove any fear one might have had when you entered his presence. He’s pleasant and self assured of his job. Dr Yoon performed spinal surgery on me at the Emory Spinal Clinic. In arriving at the decision to proceed with this surgery the doctor was extremely open in talking about the risks, pain and recovery. The procedure was as he described and within one week, I was fairly self sufficient. The pain during the first two days was as he described as fairly intense, but subsided with each day afterward. Very informative and useful suggestions on surgical procedures
I came to Dr. Yoon with major nerve pain in my lower back and leg because of a herniated disc. I had had no luck with months of PT and steroid shots. I was much better from the minute I got out of surgery. It took a couple of weeks to get over some of the soreness from surgery, but even this was nothing compared to the debilitating pain I was experiencing. Would recommend to anyone with similar issues.
