Scheduled an appt for my 91 year old mother who had a broke. tooth and after 45 minutes simply told the receptionist that her oxygen was nearing 50percent. I was told the appts are 1 and a half to two hours and after she spoke to the dr was told I had to reschedule because HE was running late. Very unprofessional in my opinion. It was extremely difficult to get her to the office and I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude they had towards her.
