Very impressive staff was my first time seeing the Dr.Gentry has a great attitude and personality can’t wait to see him again in the near future
I appreciate the response but I have since relocated to the Mountains of N.C. he did a great job as far as the fusion but his bedside manner when I got out sucked but my husband and I have found help and a new Dr. It was just really hard to manage just fresh out of the hospital, being bounced back from him to my primary care and around again. Awful. Besides the people at the front desk it was a horrible experience. The tech who took my x-rays made a joke about my injury, then when he was taking my exray said,"oh are you in pain?" Which was not funny because I was in considerable amount of pain. Dr. Gentry walks in, lifts up the back of my shirt half way and states that it looks fine and to keep a bandage over for the dranage...this is proof he didnt even look at my incision at all because it was not bandaged and was visibly not draining. He is one of the worst of the worst. Flew in the room, looked at a few CT images I had done at the ER, touched a couple of places and sent me for an MRI, gabapentin (which has been proven to cause horrible side effects so I turned it down) and PT with a three week follow up. Three weeks for the pain i am in is absurd! The only position I'm out of pain is on my back. Am I not to work, shower, eat, go to the bathroom,, walk, sit?
