Dr. Cohen performed a partial knee replacement on my right knee several months ago. I am delighted with the successful outcome and experienced no pain and was able to walk without a walker the next day. I highly recommend him for knee replacement.

After a lifetime of skiing, tennis and other sports and several ACL and cartilage surgeries, I had worn out my left knee. Dr. Cohen replaced the knee, and I played golf 16 days after the surgery. I have sent several friends to him for knee and hip replacements, and they all rave about him, too. He is an excellent and caring surgeon, and I recommend him absolutely.

I had a partial knee replacement one week ago at Abrazo Hospital in Scottsdale. My day at the hospital was excellent. Dr. Cohen, all the nurses and assistants, and the physical therapist answered my questions, took time to make me comfortable and were very professional. The entire experience was very positive. I would highly recommend all involved.

I had a hip replacement from Dr. Cohen. I found him, and his staff, friendly, professional, helpful and competent. The hip is great and I am so happy with the "fix"!!

Easy access to appointment and clinic. He explained everything very clearly and was caring and compassionate. He replaced my knee robotically and I took a total of one pain pill post op. I left the hospital the day of surgery and was walking without anything after three days. He significantly exceeded my expectations . I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding experience. An A+ surgeon.

Dr Cohen is an awesome surgeon who shows great compassion and caring. He performed a hip replacement surgery for me that left me wondering why I had waited so long to get it done. I had essentially no pain after surgery and was able to get off my walker and cane after a few days. He used the latest technology to do it and spared the muscles to make the whole experience so easy. Well no doctor is perfect, Dr. Cohen approaches perfection as far as medically and humanly possible! He is a champion of best practices and has done a great deal to reduce the danger of infection and incidence of needing revisions by his presence at Tucson orthopedic Institute. In 2018 Dr. Russell Cohen did my left knee replacement. after more then a year My knee still hurts and makes a crackling noise that is not normal. All friends that had the same kind of surgery don't have that problem. I went to see him, and I told him I am not happy with the procedure and i explain why, he got to excited and and mad and he told me that I was ok... Until know limos 2 years after surgery still have pain and knocking sound on my knee. Know he is in Phoenix Az.

Over a year ago following knee injections my left knee became infected. Doctor Cohen and his team refused 2 see me or treat the infection they caused. I had to go to the emergency room where they open the knee drain down some of the infection I spent over 11 weeks in the hospital and rehab and several more months in wheelchair before the new orthopedic surgeon could replace that infected knee and four months later the other knee.
