Dr Botello is very nice as are all the staff however I am changing dentists due to what I consider not so sanitary practices there. Dr.Botello likes to rip off his gloves and show you pictures of procedures on his cell phone. We all know how dirty cell phones are. Also, this is the first dental office I have ever been to that has open spaces between patients. I did notice lots of dust on the tops of the large lighting equipment and it seems like the offices are very cramped and not the cleanest.
Dr. Botello is so kind and gentle; I never thought I would find a dentist that I would actually go to see without fear. He really cares more about the well-being of patients than any other doctor or dentist I have ever seen. He is painless, efficient and a perfectionist. If you want the best dentist in the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Botello is the one you want to see!
I have been a patient of Dr Botello for 3 yrs. We live in Georgia & St. Pete , I drive from Georgia (10 hrs) to see him because I have total trust & confidence in him. I have never been an easy dental patient. I am always apprehensive and he has a very calming influence. He performs technical & challenging procedures with incredible skill Recently, over July 4th holidays. he took his personal time to take care of a serious emergency Including a perfect partial A kind person too
This dentist was the best dentist ive had ever!! Will work with you on payments, would rather treat you than turn you away because of money. Staff is kind and friendly, never called me or harassed me for payment. Worked tremendously on my teeth!
I have already left a review for Dr. Botello after my visit to him in January 2016. It was an emergency procedure to which he acted so promptly, putting me at ease. It is never easy for visitors to know exactly what to do when dental treatment is needed but after advice from Legacy Vacation in Indian Shores ( we stay there each year) it was so good to be in touch with him. I live in England, and I find it so pleasant to get reminder from him, in case of need. Thank you .
Just arrived from Scotland UK for vacation. Tooth has snapped at gum level while travelling. Dr Botello examined and treated me with the utmost care and attention. I have a phobia about going to the dentist but I must say the treatment and care I received from Dr Botello was second to none. A big thank you to him and his staff.
Dr Botello is AMAZING!!!! I have and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family. You can't ask for a better dentist. Excellent Doctor and VERY compassionate. His staff are also FANTASTIC! So glad i found this practice!!!
Recently, I went in for the introductory x-rays, exam and cleaning and I was very pleasantly and positively impressed. Dr. Botello, in my opinion, is a wonderful dentist and wonderful warm-hearted, kind and compassionate human being. I trust Dr. Botello and his staff are providing me with exceptional dentistry. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Botello.
We recently moved from the Washington DC area, and had not made a decision on a dentist...unfortunately I had a tooth crack which drove me to pick a dentist quickly. Dr. Botello's office is within walking distance of our home and we could not have made a better decision. The staff got me right in, and Dr. Botello was able to save the tooth. My new crown is perfect and I cannot say enough about this practice...they are fantastic. Not only that, my whole family will now go to Dr. Botello!
