Came in with no appointment and walked out in an hour with a new filling. Very nice and professional. Calmed my dental fears as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Botello to anyone. Thanks Doc!!!
My entire family has been receiving excellent dental care from Dr. Botello since he first opened his practice. Choosing a dentist can be very stressful and even worrisome, but Dr. Botello and his staff are so friendly and professionals that as soon as you walk into his dental office, all your worries go away. Had a recent appt. at Bella Smile. The waiting room is small and modest but clean. Staff is friendly and communicative. Treatment rooms are small. Dr. Botello was friendly and talkative. I had a temporary repair on a broken tooth in addition to repair on a couple of bondings which had come loose. Total time in the chair was approx. 45 minutes with approx.30 minutes of actual time spent on my teeth. Generally satisfied with the work performed but the charge of $1450 is too much for my my wallet
I am so happy with him and his staff. Everyone is fantastic. I am a bit of a clean freak so I was THRILLED on how clean he is. I read the below review that he takes off his gloves and that the office is not that clean-honestly that is a complete lie. I have gone to his office for the last year and every single time it has been spotless. He has never removed his gloves I would have freaked out.I moved an hour away and still go to him-that should tell you how much I trust him. Thank you Diana
Dr. Botello is absolutely amazing!! I’m a Texan on a girls trip in Florida, chipped my front tooth on Friday afternoon, I Googled best dentists near me, almost all of the other dentists were closed, I called Dr. Botello’s office in a panic, his sweet administrative assistant Monica called Dr. Botello, he drove in from a nearby city on a friday afternoon and did the most amazing job fixing my chipped front tooth!!! He really goes above and beyond to care of his patients and is he is a God-send!
Dr. Botello is professional and will always put you first. He truly loves his job and cares for his patients. During hurricane Irma, lots of dentists were without power; my moms dentist being one of them. Without hesitation, Dr. Botello stayed after hours to help my mom as an emergency patient. He has never seen her before, but has been my dentist for a while now. He stayed out of the kindness of his heart. If you are looking for a caring, honest dentist, this is your guy! He's the best!
I recently had a cleaning at Bella Smile and was very satisfied. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Botello was professional and informative about teeth care. I appreciate his approach to dentistry. He airs on the side of caution. My last dentist was all too eager to fill unessesary cavities. So I am pleased with Bella Smile.
