I’ve seen Dr. Karzel many times over the years for knee and shoulder issues. Have had 2 arthroscopic surgeries now. Dr. Karzel is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and in my opinion tops in his field. His entire team is great.
This is my second surgery (first shoulder, now knee) with Dr. Karzel and both have gone extremely well. He understands how important it is to get back to the sports activities that I was doing before surgery. He has a calm, caring manner and is genuinely concerned for his patient’s well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Karzel.
Great bedside manner
Having fairly extensive shoulder surgery only four weeks ago, I can say that I am feeling amazing. Dr. Karzel did outstanding work on an old injury and my new injury. Because of the great work that the doctor has done, I need to constantly remind myself to remain compliant and let the healing continue. I can't wait to begin PT and get back to all my favorite sports. I am blessed to have been referred to Dr. Karzel, Dr. Peffer and their great nursing staff.
Dr. Karzel remembered me from last visit 4 years ago. He explained every detail of surgery he was going perform and made me extremely comfortable and confident going into surgery. Dr. Karzel and his amazing staff took very good care of me. THANK YOU

Dr Karzel and his staff are all wonderful, very professional. They check in on you everyday via email, if I have a question it’s answered quickly. And they are always available via phone. Not one complaint, surgery and recovery are going better then I could have ever thought. FYI shoulder reconstruction
