Yes Dr. Karzel and staff was awesome at taking care of all my needs and addressed all my concerns rather quickly.
Dr. Karzel has performed surgery on both of my shoulders in the past several years. Both sperate accident-related injuries. Extremely happy with all aspects of the care received and would recommend his practice highly.

Dr. Karzel is an amazing Doctor. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease prior to a surgery ever. He did such a great job on my knee that it's almost as if I didn't have anything done. His demeanor should be an example for all surgeon's. I can't say enough about him and his amazing team.
Dr. Karzel is a rarity of both extremely skilled in his profession and also a very warm and caring personality. If you want a successful surgery and recovery go with Dr Karzel. His office uses an app that does a daily check in after surgery. They answer fast and you have the added security if you do you have an issue you have an answer quickly. He truly is a top Doc
Dr Karzel is wonderful!! He explained everything so I could understand and even recorded my surgery for me. I liked the daily check in, where I could ask additional questions when needed. Response time was phenomenal. I just am so thankful for Dr Karzel and SCOI
