The staff in his office are friendly and professional. Dr. Pugh is personable. He took the time to explain to me in lay man's terms what was going on with my eyes. He took the time to talk to me and just not about my eyes but to share a joke as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pugh.
my husband & I came to him the door the first time today and him & his staff were amazing! He talked to you and explained everything and was willing to answer questions. he never once acted like he was rushing to get to the next patient. I would definitely recommend him
Dr. Pugh has been my optometrist since I first realized I needed glasses. He has also been my family's dr. since I can remember. He is passionate and dedicated to his patients and his craft. He loves to share his knowledge and his love. He remembers to write everything down so he can remember later. He is a dr. I look forward to seeing every year!
