He made my pain go away.
I had terrible back pain starting back in April of 2020. Dr. Dade worked with me and after three injections, I am currently pain free as of July 2020. I feel nearly 100% better.

Dr. Dade is a miracle worker! After 15 years of managing really tough pain (after two neck surgeries C4-C5-C6-C7) with what I considered exhausting all possibilities for relief I decided to give a pain clinic one more chance.
