I came to Dr. Dade and his colleagues with hip pain that had been bothering me for years and impacting my overall physical activity level. His methodical approach to treatment, attentive listening skills, and years of experience were so reassuring. I have seen so much improvement in my range of motion, activity levels, and reduced pain. I am very appreciative for everything Dr. Dade and his colleagues have done!

Dr. Dade has a very steady hand (excellent for performing epidurals and nerve blocks, is an excellent listener, and is completely devoted to relieving pain AND restoring function!

For me, he was a miracle worker. I have been battling back pain for almost 50 years. And from about year 38-48, I was in rough shape, dependent on opioids to function. It took a series of injections, Prolotherapy and PPP, some of which were pricey, but now I am mostly off opioids, and have little back pain. My back is probably better now than it has been in 20 years.

Overall extreamly happy with working with Dr Dade. I was happy to see he didnt push pain meds for my pain as that was a concern for me. the procedures he reccomended almost eliminated my pain.
