The lady who picked up the phone was not friendly nor helpful about getting my lab results. I already paid for the lab so why can't I get the results without having to pay more? I don't recommend this llace because they made me go to Quest Diagnostics to get the test done. One Dr. visit ended up having to drive to two different places.
Dr Sherman and staff are kind and always accommodating. Highly recommend. Dr. Sherman takes the time to sit down and honestly tell you what is going on with no BS!

Excellent doctor and staff. They helped me navigate a health concern and I could not be more pleased. Appointment times honored. Easy to each via phone. Did exactly what they promised. Great job, this team should be proud.
Office personnel is not efficient in communicating with patients regarding appointments and their demeanor is … I leave it at that Going to Cleveland Clinic I am sorry Dr Sherman
