Everyone was so nice and Dr. Schaefer was very nice. Explained everything to me in language I could understand and it was just a great experience. Would highly recommend it.
I went to Dr. Shaefer this afternoon after I injured my knee and ankle last Friday. He knew what he was doing to help me get healed. He professionally drew fluid from my hurt knee … he had reviewed the CT scan from the emergency room and told me what he was going to do every step of the way. No MRI was needed. I am walking with more easily after today's appointment. I go back in three weeks for review. I totally recommend him for patients in Brevard, NC!

I found Dr Schaefer to be very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions with honesty and with easy to understand lingo! He set out all of my options and made it very easy to decide on a plan of action.
Dr. Schaefer is one incredible doctor. Within in a year and a half he has done a full replacement on both my knees and one on my husband. Went to him again today and he will be taking care of my carpal tunnel in my right hand. He has such a wonderful bed side manner and just cares so much about his patients. Words can’t express how awesome he is.
Dr. Schaefer did a hip replacement for me in 2018. He claimed all went well. Last visit Xray technician was out. Visit before his xray machihe was broke. I questioned because hip didnt feel right. Had a 2nd opinion. The implant has slipped. New surgeon did a revision. All was right after revision.
I went to see Dr. Schaefer as an injured Federal Employee with 3 Herniated Discs in my cervical Spine. I was sent there by Work Comp for a 2nd opinion which they send you to constantly and I can assure you he is not out to help the injured employee at all, he is only out to line his own pockets by doing these 2nd opinions. I was hopeful that he was going to try to help me, but no, not at all. He is only a Work Comp Quack in my opinion. I have had two knee replacements which went very well. Many of my family members have had surgeries performed by Dr. Schaefer with great results. He is the caring and attentive physician around. I would highly recommend hyim
