Dr. Shaffer did knee surgery on me 2 years ago in 2023. I have had pain from the surgery ever since. It is now 2025. Dr. Shaffer is gone and I'm having to get another doctor to straighten out his mess. Not impressed with Dr. Shaffer at all. If there was a zero rating I would give it to him.

Dr. Schaefer was super friendly and kind to my 10-year-old daughter, who had fallen and hurt her back. The visit was quick but thorough, and she felt very reassured after he was done. She even commented on how funny he was as we were leaving.
Never had a Dr like him!! He is understanding, caring, listens to what you say ! My daughter who is not a patient but been with me n she loves him to pieces! Wish he wasn’t leaving this area is losing a great Dr! Good luck on your next chapter of life we will truly miss you!!

Visit was relatively quick. X-rays taken & visit with Dr. Schaefer was on time & informative.
Staff were very courteous. Radiologist was very nice. Dr was extremely helpful.
Doc was as friendly as always. Hardly no wait. Receptionist was very helpful. The nurse attendant was very professional and asked all the right questions. My MRI was scheduled to meet my time frame, so if surgery is our path I can be good to go by Thanksgiving. Thanks again Doc.
