Dr Royster is always professional and explains things clearly
Dr. McCollam was one of the best doctors i’ve ever encountered..Most amazing thing was he didn,t. rush me to get thru my concerns with shoulder/ rotator ..And he patiently detailed what he chose for next step in .. Wish i had found him 10 years ago!

Everyone that we spoke with within this practice was great with the exception of the person taking the intake questions once I was back in the room. Her attitude was bad enough I actually considered leaving. She even wrote the information down wrong in the records. With that said once Dr Schiff came in with his assistant for the day he totally redeemed the entire practice. Listened to concerns, thorough exam, explained diagnosis, initiated treatment, radiographs in office, 1 mo follow up scheduled. Compassionate, knowlegeable, efficient. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Royster did both of my knee replacements. Both surgeries were excellently done and the after surgical care has also been tremendous! A fabulous doctor and surgeon and a wonderful man of God as well.
It is rare to say a doctor visit was pleasant but it was when I saw Dr. Royster! He was very gifted at calming fear and explaining what you would need! Highly recommend him and have many of my friends which is how I ended up there!
