I am one of the unlucky people who developed ingrown toe nails on every toe, both sides. I was going for pedi's every month and they were excruciatingly painful. I finally got up the courage to see a podiatrists and was seen by Dr. Wenzler. He asked what I wanted to do about it and I told him that I would prefer to be asleep and have them all taken care of at once so in Aug 2015 that is exactly what happened. It has been a year and all is well, he is wonderful! Best podiatrists around!
