Dr Thorsness was awesome he answered all questions, never rushed, bedside manor awesome. Has rotator cuff surgery, turned out i had 3 tears, bicep nerve relocated, he doesn't rush with therapy which at first I didn't understand but he explained those who rush into therapy fo not heal properly. I would highly recommend this Dr.

i was referred by my Previous Ortho Doctor I was with since 18, I am now 51 he moved to Florida, I asked for a suggestion other than his previous practice and right off the bat Dr Thorsness, then asked my Pcp he also right off the bat Dr Thorsness, so I went really like him he spent time, explaining how he will repair my shoulder and was very friendly, I would recommend him.
Dr. Thorsness performed surgery on a tear in my elbow and also my torn rotator cuff and bicep. He was extremely thorough in explaining my test results and also the surgeries that were needed. Dr. Thorsness and his entire staff were extremely professional, personable and friendly and answered all questions I had in great detail. From the moment I met Dr. Thorsness to the completion of my treatments and physical therapy it was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Thorsness for any needed treatment!!
Dr. Thorsness repaired my severely torn rotator cuff (right shoulder) last fall and I am extremely pleased with the surgery results. He, and his PA-C Kris, was very clear what to expect from the surgery (temporary pain/soreness, recovery time, movement/mobility exercises) and I needed to adhere to the recovery protocol in conjunction with the physical therapy at ATI if I wanted to have a complete recovery, which I certainly did. Dr Thorness did my shoulder surgery and couldn’t have been happier. He’s very friendly and shows genuine convent about your questions and is very thorough with his answers. As far as surgery everything went well/no complaints. Highly recommend Dr to anyone who needs a Dr of his expertise.
Very professional and knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do for my shoulder problem. Very friendly staff, easy to make appointments. Got results and increased range of motion in less than a month. My problem started a year ago and I waited until now to see a doctor. Dr. Thorsness made me realize that lot of people do this, but many times a problem can be easily fixed without surgery. I am a firm believer in physical therapy now.
He immediately recognized the issue with my right shoulder, an issue other doctors did not recognize. I am now six months post op and my shoulder is pain free!
Dr. Thorsness was awesome to work with during my injury and would highly recommend him to anyone with Tennis Elbow issues!
