From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, it was an enjoyable experience. The building is beautiful and modern. My dental hygienist, Lexi, gave me the best cleaning I have ever had in my life. Very thorough & educating 🩷 all 3 of my kids went & report all the same feelings! The Terrian family hopes to see Dr Pacella & Lexi for the next 20+ years 🙌🏼
I love the new location being centrally located. Dr. Pacella is pretty awesome and so is the staff! They all make me feel welcomed and at ease. Upon my own observation I seen and purchased the Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush and it came in this pretty set. I look forward to another visit!
They rescheduled twice because he wanted to get out earlier. I worked till 3, I have to do later appointments. And one time said I missed a appointment that was at 2:30 but I still have card they gave me proving it was at 3:30. They charged me for missed appointment. Messed up my insurance, would not recommend.
I have had at least 10 appointments at this office and have been very pleased with every one including Dr P. I have a very complicated history with many teeth that are continuing to fail. At first I was nervous because Dr. P. seemed very young but what I have learned is that not only is he knowledgeable in the latest technology but also shared he has been in that office learning about dentistry with his dad since he was a young boy.
