Visit went very well. Dr. Grout is very nice and made me feel very comfortable about the medical Decision I made for my eye care
Before visiting this doctor, I did research and read review, I feel comfortable. Reason for visiting to detect retinal problem early. After first 2 visit, all look good, but doctor always said 'any problem, come in asap'. Third visit, my retinal unfortunately detached, and it is late Friday. The doctor fit me in really quickly, gave me a thorough examination with follow up visits and his knowledge was impressive. Helped me through a scary time. His staff was great also.
Vitrectomy is a highly specialized procedure. I have friends that did not do well. My surgery exceeded my expectations and I will always be grateful
I have been taking my wife to this doctor for nearly a decade! She is dealing with multiple problems in both eyes. Multiple branch retinal vein occlusions, macular pucker in other eye. I sincerely want to thank him for treating my retinal detachment with macula off, which could have permanently damaged my vision. He went beyond his responsibility to perform surgery in an emergency, due to which I had a miraculous recovery and have normal vision now. He was available to consult and answer all the questions before and after the surgery and during the follow-up visits. If I could give him more stars I would. He is the best eye doctor and eye surgeon you will ever meet. He also is the most sincere, caring, and professional person you will ever meet. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to get to know him. He is all this and more. You definitely will receive the best treatment available.
