From the first phone contact with staff to the results of my surgery, my experience was excellent. I was diagnosed with a retinal detachment that needed immediate surgery from my Dr in Vero Beach. It was late Thursday afternoon and the surgeon in my area was not available. I called Dr. Krauts practice and Marisol understood my distress and stayed on the phone with me to determine if they could assist and did everything possible to get me scheduled for the next morning for appt with Dr and surgery at hospital later that day. ... read more
Minimal conversation. Checked eye retinas. Saw nothing different and return in 6 months. I asked about eye pain in RT eye occasionally. Could not see anything and CK with my primary care DR.
I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. K when I had a detached retina. He worked me into his schedule and performed surgery the same day. On a subsequent visit, because he is thorough, he saw a problem developing in my other eye and was able to address it with laser in his office. I have total confidence in his skills. He explained the procedures, answered my questions, spent plenty of time with me, and was respectful. I appreciate him very much.
I visited him for an outpatient procedure at the Ophthalmology Surgery Center in Orlando. He was punctual and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all of my questions. His bedside manner exceeded my expectations; he is patient and meticulous in his approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a retina specialist.
Dr RKraut , offered me hope. After a previous cataract surgery, I was left with large fragments in my left eye. I was told they might go away, they were probably floaters . These were not floaters. They were lens fragments blocking my vision. Making my daily activities tedious or impossible. Dr RKraut suggested a Vitrectomy Lensectomy procedure. The procedure went smoothly. As always staff is efficient and professional. Dr Krout is thorough and informative.
Dr. K performed surgery on my eye to correct a wrinkle in my retina. The surgery went very well and it has now been six days and the eye is healing well and the vision is much improved versus what it was prior to the surgery. He is friendly, professional, an excellent communicator and answers all of my questions.
Dr. Krait is fantastic. He is very thorough and professional.
He told me what had to be done and he fixed it. I’m very thankful.
