I use to have Dr. Hansell when I lived in Florida still, he Preformed 2 knee operations on me and saved me years of pain with a back fusion. Not an easy surgery either, but he was fabulous through out. Since leaving Florida, and 24 years later, I now need a full fusion all way to my spine, to the neck. I have refused such surgery, because I know Dr, Hansell will not be doing it. This doctor is a 10. put your trust in him, you will never regret it.

I had a severe back problem for many years and knew a fusion was eventually inevitable. I was a patient of Dr. Hansel for many years. I appreciated that he did not push me towards the procedure. When I finally decided to go through with it, I did my own research and found, what I felt was, a less invasive way of doing the fusion. I asked him about it, but he did not recommend it in my case. Dr Hansell recently operated on my lower back. He is a true professional with excellent “bedside” manners. Dr Hansell explains his operating procedures very well. Two weeks after the surgery I am almost pain free. I highly recommend Dr Hansell.

My wife presented with acute lower back pain. Dr H tried a few facet blocks and a course of PT before operating and inserting a titanium cage. She was up and walking the next day and has recovered completely.

He performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee and I was able to walk without pain the next day. There was no swelling and my knee has full function again.

Over the last 15 years, Dr. Hansell has come to my rescue a multitude of times. He has always seen me in a timely fashion, provided wonderful care, explained everything in great detail, and made himself readily available for follow up. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, clinical expertise, and wonderful staff. He is the best!
