My visit to Dr. Kohen was a disaster. Five months laterI am still in pain from the cholesterol shot he gave me. When I went back to ask what had happened to me, he said "I don't know"!
Dr Kohen explains everything in a way that helps you understand your issue. His staff is very organized. The entire office is friendly and goes out of their way to assist. Dr Kohen is amazing and has been a godsend for me.
Dr. Kohen performed a total knee replacement on me recently. He and his team and the whole process was incredible. Everything went exactly as he said it would. No surprises. Even the recovery was fat less intense than I would have thought. His expertise showed in every step. I will not hesitate to have my other knee replaced if/when needed. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
I met Dr. Kohen 5 years ago because I was experiencing knee pain. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis and recommended not rushing into surgery, rather treating it with cortisone. Using an ultrasound guided technique the procedure was painless. Three years ago he did a total knee replacement. Prior to surgery I chose to have a computer designed cutting block that he used during surgery. I used a CPM machine at home to move the joint and an electric cooling machine to reduce pain. Dr. Kohen Is first class very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a very hard knee replacement surgery on me . What a great job he did plus make sure I had equipment sent to my home to make my healing quicker. I have seen many orthopedic surgeons by far he was the best. 5 star
