It's a joke, the sign in office said if wait too long, we will reschedule you. No respect for the patient's time.
Waited in lobby more than an hour and was not seen. Receptionist said office took another doctor's office patients to do x rays and they were behind. What about impact to Dr. Kohen's patients? Guess they don't matter. Must occur regularly because sign at reception says if your wait is too long we will happily reschedule you. Wow really! The Best! Came highly recommended by my PCP for Shoulder Pain. After Physical Therapy at recommended Team Rehab/Novi 2, shots, and Reverse Shoulder Replacement, I have no pain and great range of motion!
Dr. Kohen, as I've noted in a previous review, is as skilled as they come, be it in the operating room or in his daily practice. More importantly, he is a genuinely nice man, a nice human being.
Great visit: informative, thorough, kind, and knowledgeable.
Do not recommend this Dr. I waited an hour for a 5 minute appointment and he had nothing to say. He did not even review the MRI I gave him and proceeded to take more xrays when I already had recent xrays from another Dr. I will go to another Dr for treatment. One again, I do not recommend this Dr
Dr. Kohen came highly recommended, and from the moment I went to his office for shoulder consultation, I understood why. His staff was not only courteous and professional, but they were also friendly; a far cry from the curt behavior that seems to permeate so many medical staffs. I have been seeing Dr. Kohen for a couple of years and multiple orthopedic needs. I hate to admit it, but I have four decades of experience seeing orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine professionals in Michigan, Washington, New York City and Southern California. Dr. Kohen stands head and shoulders above them all. He and his team are current on best practices, balanced in their treatment plans, informative, and have a great bed-side manner.
