I have been going to Dr. Sarro for two years. What I love about him as a doctor is how knowledgeable he is and that he explains my options to me and gives me his professional recommendation. I always feel like I have a choice and can have an opinion on my care and I trust his recommendations. His PA Doug is also very smart and caring and I'm happy to see either one of them for care and I know that I will be well taken care of. Have been going to Dr. Sarro for years. Always feel confident with his examination and treatment. He is pleasant, as is the practice staff.
Dr. Sarro treated me for a squamous cell carcinoma. The site did not heal well. When I returned to the office, Dr. Sarro had an assistant treat me, with no supervision at all. The treatment resulted in me having to go to a plastic surgeon. I would never go back to Dr. Sarro.
DO NOT GO HERE! I took my child twice and both times he was misdiagnosed. I was better off going to the general pediatrician to begin with. I am sick of paying them money and then having to pay a second doctor to correctly diagnose the problem. When you tell them they misdiagnosed the patient, they come up with every excuse in the book. After visiting trusted doctors that I see, Dr. Sarro and his staff were able to figure out that I had an rare hereditary blood issue and that I happen to have an life threatening illness. Both of these were outside of his medical norm. but he would not give up until he had an answer.
GROSS NEGLIGENCE
Good doctor, good guy and good work. Refreshing to meet a doctor who is also a decent guy. Far better than another Dermatologist I went to in Boca. It's clear that he knows his stuff.
I have a history of psoriasis for twenty seven years . I have been to many dermatologist and no one was able to put my condition into remission until I met Dr.Sarro twelve years ago. Dr.Sarro is a genius and an amazing doctor. I would not trust my skin to anyone else. Also, his office staff and PA and assistants are excellent. I highly recommend Dr.Sarro.
Dr Sarro diagnosed my melanoma during a routine exam for an allergic reaction to a medicine. Fortunately it was minimal and completely removed. That was 8 years ago! He saved my life. I highly recommend him and his staff.
